W Workhouse

Terms of service

The terms you're agreeing to.

Effective: 2026-05-13 · Provided by Conversion Factory.

The short version

Use Workhouse to run client work for your agency. Don't use it to do anything illegal, abusive, or that would put other people's data at risk. We'll do our best to keep the service running and your data safe. Either party can end this relationship at any time.

Who's who

“Workhouse,” “we,” or “us” means Conversion Factory, the operator of Workhouse. “You” means the workspace owner and anyone you invite to your workspace. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and your team.

Your account

  • → You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account.
  • → You can have multiple workspaces tied to one identity. Each workspace has its own data and members.
  • → You must be at least 16 to use Workhouse.

Acceptable use

Don't use Workhouse to:

  • → Break any law that applies to you or your clients.
  • → Send unsolicited bulk email, malware, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
  • → Try to access another workspace's data, probe for vulnerabilities outside our disclosure policy, or disrupt the service.
  • → Resell access to Workhouse as if you were Workhouse.

Security researchers acting in good faith are exempt — email security@workhouse.app first.

Your data

The content you and your team put into Workhouse — tasks, comments, files, everything else — is yours. We don't claim ownership of it. We need a limited license to host, display, and back it up so the product works. That license ends when you delete the data.

See the privacy policy for what we collect, why, and how we handle sub-processors.

Beta and pricing

Workhouse is currently in public beta. The service is free during beta. Paid plans will come later; existing beta workspaces will get notice and a clear path forward before any charging begins.

Service availability

We'll do our best to keep Workhouse running and to be transparent when something breaks. We don't make uptime guarantees during beta. If something goes wrong, email support@workhouse.app and we'll look into it.

Ending the relationship

You can delete your workspace anytime from settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and we'll tell you why when we do. Either way, you'll have time to export your data before final deletion (see the privacy policy for timelines).

Liability

We provide Workhouse “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages — and our total liability is capped at whatever you've paid us in the past 12 months (which is $0 during beta).

Changes

We may update these terms as the product matures. For material changes, we'll email workspace owners at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
