Changelog

New features, fixes, and improvements as they ship.

  1. Linear-inspired redesign

    Corey Hainesdesignimprovement

We rebuilt Workhouse's UI around a tokenized design system. Every surface — sidebar, master board, task detail, portal — now shares the same type scale (11/13/14px), 4/6/8px radii, and a soft chip palette for statuses and priorities.

    What's new

    • Tight 8-row task rows with client color dots
    • Compact kanban cards with 28px rows and soft status chips
    • Dense 13px nav with a clear hover/selected split
    • New landing + portal shell on the same scale

We're sending future design changes through this same token layer, so the app will keep feeling consistent as we ship.

  2. Activity feed on tasks and clients

    Corey Hainesfeature

Each task and client page now has a unified activity feed. Status changes, assignments, approvals, checklist edits, and comments all land in one chronological timeline — visibility-aware, so clients only see what you've shared.

The audit log at Settings → Audit log still shows the full, compliance-shaped record.
