Your dashboard
The Dashboard (the Dashboard button on your home page) is the zoomed-out view of your engagement: what's shipping, how fast, and what's waiting on you. Here's how to read it — and how to make it yours.
The summary stats
Four numbers across the top:
- Total shared — everything your agency has shared with you
- Shipped this week — tasks completed in the last seven days
- In review — work currently in the review stage
- Awaiting you — approvals and action items waiting on your side (highlighted when it's more than zero — this is the one to keep at zero)
The panels
Below the stats, the dashboard is built from panels:
- Tasks shipped, last 8 weeks — a sparkline of weekly completions; the quickest read on momentum
- Chart panels — donut or bar charts slicing your tasks by status, milestone, assignee, and similar groupings
- Task lists — grouped lists like "Due today," "Overdue," or tasks by milestone
Exactly which panels you see depends on the layout — your agency configures a default, and you can override it (below).
The report view
Click the report button on the dashboard for a deeper, date-ranged readout:
- Created vs. completed — a daily line chart of tasks opened against tasks finished; if completed tracks created, the engagement is keeping pace
- Cycle time — the median and 90th-percentile time from start to done; the median is the typical experience, the 90th percentile is the slow tail
- Approval breakdown — how submitted work split between approved, changes requested, and declined
Switch the date range between 7d, 30d, quarter to date, and all time. Use 7d for "what happened this week," 30d for trend-spotting, and quarter/all for the big picture.
Customizing your layout
Click Customize (bottom of the dashboard) to open the layout editor:
- Reorder panels to put what you care about on top
- Hide panels you never look at
- Save to keep your own copy — your layout only affects you, and the dashboard shows a "Customized" badge so you know you're on your own version
- Reset anytime to go back to your agency's configured layout
If you've never customized, you'll see whatever your agency set up (or the default view) — the footer note on the dashboard tells you which one you're looking at.
