Submitting a request

Need something from your agency? Don't let it sit in an email thread — send it as a request. Requests land in your agency's triage queue, get a clear yes/no, and turn into trackable tasks when accepted.

Sending a request

  1. From your home page, click Send a request (or open the Requests page).
  2. Fill in the form:
    • Title (required) — a short, concrete summary, like "Add a banner to the pricing page"
    • Details (optional) — the what, where, and why, plus anything else that would help
    • Urgency (optional) — from "Low — whenever" up to "Urgent — blocking us." Leave it on "No preference" if you don't have one.
  3. Click Send request.

Your agency team is notified the moment it arrives.

What happens next

Your agency triages each request and does one of two things:

  • Accepts it — the request becomes a task on your board. Its status badge turns green ("Accepted") and a View task link appears so you can follow progress from there.
  • Declines it — the badge turns gray ("Declined") and you'll see their reply explaining why, right on the request.

Until it's triaged, the request shows an amber "Pending" badge.

Tracking your requests

The History panel on the Requests page lists everything you've sent: title, status, and the date it went out. Once a request is accepted, all the action moves to the task itself — comments, status changes, and delivery happen there.

Writing a request your agency can run with

  • One request per ask. "Update the hero image" and "fix the broken footer link" triage better as two requests than one.
  • Say why, not just what. "Add a testimonials section — prospects keep asking for proof on sales calls" helps the team make better decisions than the ask alone.
  • Point to the place. Include the page URL or screen name where the change should happen.
  • Be honest about urgency. Marking everything urgent makes nothing urgent — the urgency field works best when it reflects real stakes.
