Rating finished work

When a task reaches Done, a 1–5 star rating appears on the task page. It takes five seconds, and it's the most direct feedback channel you have.

How it works

  1. Open a completed task and pick a star rating (1–5)
  2. A short follow-up appears — all of it optional:
    • Factor tags — what drove your rating: Speed, Quality, Strategy, or Mixture of both
    • What went well? — a line or two on what landed
    • What could have been better? — the honest part; this is the one the team learns the most from

You can skip the follow-up entirely — a star rating alone is still useful.

Why it matters

Ratings go straight to your agency team, and low ratings get flagged for extra attention — so a 2-star rating isn't rude, it's a signal that gets acted on. Patterns across your ratings (consistently fast but quality slipping, say) shape how the team works on your account.

Rating honestly

  • 5 stars means it was genuinely great — if everything is 5 stars, nothing is
  • Rate the work, not the people — "the second draft missed the brief" is useful; the factor tags and text fields exist so you can be specific
  • Don't wait to be asked — rate as tasks finish, while the details are fresh
